Sivakumar talks about Meykandar ( 13 th century ) and his 'Cinanyaana Botham'. He explains why this text, written with only 624 Tamil alphabets is the ultimate text in hermeneutic science. It must be mentioned that the hermeneutic essence of the science developed by the Tamils since Sumerian times has long been forgotten after Meykandar until its rediscovery by Ullaganar, a lecturer of University Science Malaysia in the 1990's.
Until today the western world is still unsure how hermeneutics can be a science. Even Heidegger, Gadamer and other western hermeneutic scientists are uncertain of this even now.
